Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

We can provide a return shipping label, or you may use your own shipping carrier at your expense.

If we provide the return shipping label, a $11.99 Return Label Fee will be deducted from your refund. For smaller items (under 18"), the fee is $6.99.

Our shipping rates are typically lower than retail, and even with our discounted rates, the $11.99 fee is still less than the actual cost of the return label. We offer this option to save you both time and money on return shipping.

If the item is opened or used, a 15% restocking fee applies, which is separate from the Return Label Fee.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@aquaticvita.com for the return address. Items sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These items will be marked on the product page. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Please get in touch with us to initiate an exchange. For exchanges of higher or equal-priced items, we’ll waive 50% of the return label fee, deducting only $5.99 (or $3.50 for smaller items).

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
